Charities, individuals, and companies who are interested in fundraising for a nonprofit organization can join (either with a free basic site or a subscription premier or corporate site) and build a profile within the GOL social network. The profile includes a listing of favorite charities each member is fundraising for. Once the GOL profile page is established and fundraising goals set, members can connect and coordinate with other members, or invite friends, family and colleagues to join and support their causes through email, social networking, donations, and word of mouth. Our site is founded on the principle that, by celebrating our giving and sharing news of our philanthropic efforts with each other and the world, we provide greater opportunities to inspire and collaborate with others who want to make a difference, too. This collaboration compounds our fundraising efficiency, and allows us to effect even greater change in areas of global concern like pollution, social injustice, poverty, etc... any issue represented by a non-profit organization is eligible to be considered for support by members through GOL channels. Give Out Loud never rents or sells customer information to other companies. We are PCI compliant and conduct all credit card transactions over secure connections. All non-profit organizations must undergo an approval process, which allows members to act with confidence within the GOL network.
What's the advantage to using a personal fundraising social networking webpage?
Raising funds with your personal GOL page helps you reach more people and empowers others to donate from anywhere in the world via secure, credit card transaction. This increases your capacity to raise more and to have your cause profiled around the world by using the power of the Internet and modern technology to your and your charity's benefit.

Does this service cost anything?
Setting up a GOL basic site is free. For a nominal monthly fee, we do offer premier site and corporate site subscriptions that include special functionality not available to basic site members.
Premier sites are ideal for charities, small business owners, and the like - anyone who wants to make a substantial impact while benefiting from cause-based marketing.
Larger businesses and organizations may elect to purchase a corporate site subscription, allowing them to seamlessly integrate their GOL profile into their existing corporate site through our "white-labele" corporate branded site service, which includes an unobtrusive "powered by Give Out Loud" link at the bottom of the page.
How long does it take to set up a page?
Setting up a page is simple, requires no technical skills and typically takes less than 5 minutes.
Can I change my page?
Absolutely. Your account editing features will enable you to personalize and update your page quickly and simply. Like most social networking sites, it's designed for you to use and change as often as you like - have fun with it!
Is this a secure service?
Yes. All transactions and data are captured and stored in a secure environment. GOL uses industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption certificates from VeriSign, the leading provider of digital trust services.
Can I also take off-line donations?
Definitely! Your personal webpage is intended to be one aspect of your fundraising approach, albeit a powerful one. You can still solicit donations for your favorite non-profits via mail, phone or in person. We provide an area on your page for you to record your offline donations and add them to your running totals.
Can people donate anonymously?
Yes. Individuals can donate anonymously if they choose (their name will appear on your fundraising page as "Anonymous"), though for security and record-keeping purposes, their identity will still be passed on to you and to the charity to which they've made a donation.
Who owns GIVE OUT LOUD?
GOL is a for-profit business, serving a community of fundraisers and non-profit organizations, and is owned by GIVE OUT LOUD, LLC a Nevada-based corporation.
How does the GOL Donation Process work?
Will people get a donation tax receipt?
Yes, from their charity directly.
